publish for Scala 2.12.0-RC2? #137

we'd like to list Scalatags at https://github.com/scala/make-release-notes/blob/2.12.x/projects-2.12.md

I'm also interested in adding Scalatags to the Scala 2.12 community build

(I see some version checking logic in the build that assumes 2.10 and 2.11 is all there is)

I see 0.6.2 for 2.12.0-RC2 on Maven Central.
