As a product owner I want to limit the risk of depending on 1 developer to publisch docker images to dockerhub

Background: We need a way work with Dockerhub

Acceptance criteria: With account to use How to manage it Credentials to upload artifacts to Dockerhub etc.

We succesfully subscribed to the Dockerhub open source program: https://www.docker.com/community/open-source/application @jmertic Thanks for your help. LF energy has an account on Dockerhub as well to prevent a dependency on specific developers.

https://hub.docker.com/r/lfenergycompas/ can be removed. @Flurb

https://hub.docker.com/u/lfenergy is the new organization.
