As a risk owner I want to migitate risks in CoMPAS So I can run CoMPAS with confidence

Background: Security scanner can be found here: https://security.lfx.linuxfoundation.org/#/ And look for the CoMPAS project.

For critical issues; create an issue on github to solve it later.
