Limit CoMPAS hosting costs: adjust memory usage #172

User Story

As a sponsor of the demo.lfenergy.org I would like to see containers only running when needed to lower the hosting costs.

Question: What are the options to do so? Can we start them once someone logs-in?

Background All containers are running al the time (currently). It would be nice if the back-end services can start when it a user requires them.

Acceptance criteria

Answer on the question in this ticket and/or hosting documentation. Next steps (if possible) with new issues

The plan is to limit the AWS resources and not using an LAMDA architecture.
