Create a video tutorial to on how to manage GOOSE/SV with CoMPAS.

Content: What are GOOSE and sampled value messages Different kinds of methods to subscribe (namen vendors as examples?) Examples how to do it in all 6 plug-ins Limitations

Edition 2.1 do not take service section into account

Scenarion 1: Ed1 9-2LE SVM -> message binding (ABB) Scenarion 2: Ed2.1 9-2LE SMV -> later binding (Siemens) Scenarion 3: Ed2.1 GOOSE -> data binding (Siemens)
