OpenGraph MetaTags #35

In case we posts links to our website on social media platforms such as facebook, instagram, twitter or linkedin, these should be presented nicely.

This can be achieved by implementing OpenGraph MetaTags: https://ogp.me/

The implementation should be done in a central include. Right now, a messy (and twitter-specific) implementation can be found in https://github.com/comakingspace/comakingspace.github.io/blob/main/_includes/seo_general.html

This should be implemented in a more generic way using as much general OpenGraph Tags as possible.

I have added OpenGraph meta tags and they seem to be fine for the social networks I have tested (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram).
