Harmony was in April so Combine2024 should now be listed under the upcoming conferences

FYI I'm still seeing Harmony as the "current" event at https://co.mbine.org/events/

Thats correct thanks for letting me know - I forgot to change the name also in the events folder - I will fix this with another commit
