Update springboot to 2.7.10 and snakeyaml to 2.0 #862

Hi,

Snakeyaml for mleap-spring-boot needs to be updated to 2.0 to patch CVE-2022-1471, so springboot will also be needed to version 2.7.10 to be compatible with this snakeyaml version.
