Add T2 Articles #406

Add all locks along with T2 versions of all various other upgrades.

Problem

No current T2 info exists on the wiki.

Context

Adds all of the T2 locks and upgrades, along with making a tiny fix to DATA_CHECK_V1 to add the rarities that it was missing.
