Problem

The trust script pages were written before the autocolor plugin went live, so the pages could do with a lot of clarifying colors.

Context

The scope of this PR crept a little bit, but the main things it tackles are:

Coloring the trust script names, args, GC values, user names etc.
Fixing a few typos/incorrect bits of info
Adding links to pages that now exist (primarily run IDs)
Adding description frontmatter to each page to prevent color-plugin-parenths from showing up
