Add sitemap plugin #437

Fixes #436. Added the Docusaurus sitemap plugin. Left default sitemap settings (all pages estimated to update at most approx. weekly, all pages equal priority relative to each other). Can test by running pnpm build and verifying sitemap.xml is in the build directory once the process is complete.
