Update to v0.4.21 #18

Kindly update this snap to v0.4.21. Currently its installing v0.4.19

Hello @armujahid, thanks for reporting this. This happened and broke the build: https://github.com/ipfs/go-ipfs/issues/6460 0.4.21 is now in the candidate channel, please help testing it so I can promote it to stable in a few days.

I was able to update to the latest version with sudo snap refresh ipfs --channel=candidate

it upgraded fine, and seems to be running without issue. I've checked:

the version ipfs version
stats ipfs stats bw && ipfs stats repo --human
and pinning files ipfs pin add /ipns/docs.ipfs.io

this one should be able to be closed also. as 0.6.0 has been pushed to stable https://github.com/elopio/ipfs-snap/issues/19#issuecomment-658705013
