Problems with the API side between applications. #17

We were unable to receive messages in real time, and we were unable to make a single video or audio call successfully.

We tested Web -> Web Web -> Mobile Mobile -> Web Mobile -> Mobile

In all of them we have instability of messages and calls. The notifications arrive, however the conversation screen is not updated nor does it change to receive the call.

We still have these connection problems. We are testing in Brazil. I do not know if ping can be affected by this. Some connections can not even connect.

Using 3G, 4G and Wifi connections the problem always exists

We are under huge pressure here. Any idea on when this will be fixed?

And also, in several video calls, one of the ends could not hear the other.
