Does not touch the connection with closed application. #5

Can not receive connection with closed application. If I make a connection with the closed app, I only get a notification and the voip call does not go to the foreground.

Okay, but in the background sdk also looks like this weird between the OS.

[Background] On Android when receiving a call, the screen to answer the call is displayed. On iOS, it emits the sound, vibrates, and displays a call notification, but does not display the screen to answer that call.

[Application closed] For both operating systems, only messages from a pending connection are displayed, but the Answering Service screen is not displayed.

In the background and closed state, you will only receive the push notification. However, the feature you are looking for is a part of our road map. You will be notified once it is available.

Hello,

This feature requires callkit to be implemented however right now we are not implementing that. The feature is currently not available. However, it is a part of our road map. You will be notified once it is available.

This is a huge handicap of the application right now. If an incoming voice or video call does not "ring" with the app on sleep mode or closed, the feature becomes nearly useless. When do you expect to have this implemented?

This feature is not in our current road map. However, we are planning to do it in near future. We do not have any specific timeline for this.

This is too basic for an audio and video call app to be left out.

Hello, Is this problem correcting in CometChat PRO? Using CometChat Pro can I receive calls when the application is closed on iOS?

We do not have this feature in CometChat Go & CometChat Pro as of now.
