Messages sent when app if offline are lost #92

Describe the problem

Messages sent when the app is offline disappear when the app goes online again

What was the expected behavior?

Messages should not disappear when the app goes online again

Reproduction

I took a video of my test device (offline) to illustrate the problem

Unfortuantely, this is the default behaviour of the UI Kits as things stand today as the UI Kits do not cache any information on their end. This overall would form a part of the offline support feature as whole
