Android time displaying AM instead of PM #49

Immediately its past 1pm android starts showing AM instead of PM but it works well in iOS ( CHAT )

How to reproduce;

Step 1.. Send a chat to anybody before 1pm and after 1pm and check out the time differences on both Android and iOS. However it works fine on iOS.
Version used: 3.0.6
