added thumbnail generation for video #131

Bug fixes

  1. Thumbnail generation extension support added for video messages to address the missing poster issue
  2. Attachments uploaded based the mimetype except for file type messages
  3. Disabled switching audio to video calls based on "make a video call" setting on dashboard
