what is the 'dojox/cometd' dependency? #3

ack, reload, timestamp and timesync all have a dependency on 'dojox/cometd'. where is this module?

You can name the CometD-Dojo module dojox/cometd because historically has always been named in this way. But you can name it how you want. See updated README for instructions.
