Fullscreen mode #15

There should be a key binding so have stuff be fullscreen. ATM it's really bothersome and you can't really access other windows

This will be added alongside fullscreen EWMH hints (which have yet to be ported from the original C++ source).

EWMH hint support added for fullscreen. Windows can be fullscreened as requested by the window.
