Workflows folder #1940

Currently, when you save workflows, they are just sent to downloads. You have to make a folder somewhere and manually move any workflows to it as you go. Downloads is not ideal for this, as there can be any number of random things in it, and also some system setups could have things such as automatic clearing of the downloads happening. It would be nice to be able to have a folder for workflows (preferably with nesting ability so you can sort the JSONs) that you can save to in order to simplify handling. This would also give load a better default to start in, and just generally make moving between workflows smoother.
