[AMD ROCm] Always crashes somewhy #3574

When trying to start, it only crashes at once and screen start blinking and flashing for no reasons, always crashes too early for logs to be available python: /build/hip-runtime-amd/src/clr-rocm-6.0.2/hipamd/src/hip_code_object.cpp:762: hip::FatBinaryInfo** hip::StatCO::addFatBinary(const void*, bool): Assertion err == hipSuccess' failed.

AMD R4750G APU × (16+48)GB RAM
Artix Linux with 6.9.1 kernels

ROCm on both system and PIP is both 6.0.x
