Description

I was trying to import evalutils and got a huge log of warnings surrounding the usage if np.float

What I Did

Python 3.7.4 (default, Aug 9 2019, 18:34:13) [MSC v.1915 64 bit (AMD64)]
Type 'copyright', 'credits' or 'license' for more information
IPython 7.8.0 -- An enhanced Interactive Python. Type '?' for help.

In [1]: import evalutils

This is an issue with sklearn, not evalutils. Will be solved if fixed upstream and you upgrade sklearn with the fix.
