Default algorithm unable to be built on Grand Challenge #351

Description

User report:

the evalutils created default dockerfile, does not also not built successfully on grand challenge algorithm submission. I needed to add the user algorithm. Then it was build sucessfully.

Templating will be removed from this repo as that has moved to https://github.com/DIAGNijmegen/rse-grand-challenge-forge.
