mpv 0.33.0 removed the opengl-cb api. The added patch makes plex-media-player use the libmpv renderer instead. See this pull request on plex-media-player's repo.

The patch is compatible with mpv 0.32.0.

Also, I've fixed the LICENSE variable to make repoman happy.

Can confirm mpv-0.33 not working with plex-media-player. plex-media-player kept getting segmentation faults and downgrading to mpv-0.32.0-r2 fixed the issue.
