Technical specs

Sideshift and Uniswap are examples of similar interfaces.

This task covers extending the base app with a page for users to swap between BTC and DAI.

Definition of Done

Users can create a swap request with parameters (but not yet submit to a backend.)
UI Flow
- (Uniswap) Form has the following inputs: amount in DAI and BTC
- Form should display calculated amounts
- Users can submit (console.log)
