I was updating the software, and the screen went blank on my comma3x. I went to flash.comma.ai and tried to reset it as I have done before, but all I got when I connected was (an unknown error has occurred. Restart your browser and try again.) I tried it on my Mac computer; I also downloaded Zadig on my Windows computer and got the same error.
