Stream download + flash at the same time #41

Currently, it works (tested and the device boots fine), ~but will need to use https://github.com/bongbui321/test_flash_op to test to make sure~ tested

I did a few test runs comparing the total flash time between this one and the old one - it saves ~2m

~Also the CI test was testing the correctness of the downloaded image, now that we stream download + flash at the same time and we have the check of the hash at the end of each partition flash, I think we can just remove that test?~
