noes v3 not found #47

I want to install neo on onePlus 3T, according to url : http://openboards.io/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/opeboards-neo-op3-3t-rom-install-guide.pdf

but, I cannot download neos_v3.zip

where could I dowanlod zip file?

NEOS3 is long out of date, you want NEOS8, found here, https://github.com/commaai/eon-neos
