reflashed and installed master bc40c72b728178f2/00000000--698394b2e8 gps good

insert usb drive, reboot bc40c72b728178f2/00000001--8cfff44604 gps bad

remove usb drive, reboot bc40c72b728178f2/00000002--60209f03bb gps good

openpilot version

master
