Feature parity for https://github.com/sunnypilot/panda/pull/20.
Will require another code change in the main OP repository to increase the RPM limit within the car interface.py.
I have been testing and daily driving my code changes (including RPM increase in the interface.py) for almost a week now. Have had zero issues.
