Two old BASIC games: Hammurabi and Lunar #109

These are two classic BASIC games which I've typed in and lightly formatted for the X16.

Aren't these games copyrighted even if they are old? https://www.atariarchives.org/basicgames/showpage.php?page=78 I believe copyright lasts until 70 years after the author died: https://copyrightalliance.org/what-happens-to-your-copyrights-after-you-die/ In CONTRIBUTING.md it says: "Do not forget to add AUTHOR AND LICENSE information in the head of the file via REMs" e.g. hammurabi.bas doesn't have a licence.
