In-game staff chat

What and How?

A staff chat that can be toggled with /staffchat or something (maybe also a character [configurable] that would send the message in staff chat if we start our message with it [example using character #: # this goes to staff chat, this doesn't).

Why?

Easily communicate with all staff members online.

Are there alternatives?

Using the #staff-chat in Discord or privately messaging each staff member in-game.

It's not. Party chats would have an owner. Staff chat would be a separate server chat that doesn't need to be created or anything. It'd also support the [character] message thing and would have a different format than party chats. I was also thinking of having the messages be sent to a designated Discord channel.
