Double pvp bars

Expected behavior

There will only be one pvp bar when pvping.

Actual behavior

Occasionally, not very often, you can get 2 pvp bars.

Steps to reproduce

I do not know the exact steps to reproduce as from what I’ve seen, it seems random. I will do some testing of my own and if I find a 100% reliable method I will share it.

Minecraft version and OS

Minecraft 1.18.1 windows 10

Yeah I have no idea what's causing it. Test it with undeads vs alive (if it happens with one and not the other) and then maybe go from there (do more tests to figure out exactly when it happens).
