What and How?

A /ignore command that will hide a user's messages and block them from messaging you.

Why?

Some people are just really annoying and sometimes you just don't wanna see their messages.

Are there alternatives?

Social interactions, except I don't think it blocks private messages from them. /block could be an alias to the command.
