Dog pets don't attack players

Expected behavior

In Vanilla Minecraft, if you have a pet dog, and someone hits you, the dog, or you hit someone. The dog attacks the player.

Actual behavior

It doesn't care if it gets hit, the owner gets hit, or the owner hits someone.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get a dog as a pet
2. Stand the dog up
3. Hit a player/get hit by a player/have the dog get hit by a player
4. Observe

This is most likely caused because of similar teams. Were you and the person on the same or different teams?
