Thunder in a bottle

What and How?

With a lightning rod + a bottle with something rare inside it makes a thunder bottle.

If you make the bottle in a splash potion and you throw it above Y200 + its raining, it makes the weather go thundering. (/weather thunder)

Special action: If you only use a thunder in a bottle it summons a lightning bolt near you or on you. (Might not be a good idea)

Why?

There isn't a lot of thunder in the game and lightning is pretty cool in the game Its not very harmfull other than it spawns sometimes lightning nearby players.

It brings more action in the game and new mobs can be transformed:

(Vills = witches, creepers = charged creepers, mushroom cows = brown mushroom cows, ...)

It also can be cool for people to use in a machine that needs a lot of enery

Are there alternatives?

Yes.. We can just wait for a thunderstorm, but it takes ages to automatically create one.

If we rather don't want a thunderstorm spamming, the thunder in a bottle can be expensively, (Netherite block, heart of the sea, ...)

Or there can be a cooldown on using the thunder in a bottle, (6h/12h irl)
