Fix #36 & remove `minecraft:` replace

Description

• I made /bypass, while still keeping crouch-bypass
• I removed the minecraft: replace thing for commands to fix /msg

Motivation and Context

Fixes #36

How Has This Been Tested?

I tested this on the GeekSMP Development server which is Paper 1.17.1. Both changes have been tested.

I had to make sure it was all working before committing as I made like 10 changes just trying to figure out which comparators to use for the if statements.
