Expected behavior

Locked pressure plates should only be activatable by the user which locked them.

Actual behavior

Locked pressure plates can be activated by items

Steps to reproduce

Place a pressure plate
Let another person lock it
Throw an item in the pressure plate

Minecraft version and OS

No response
