Global pastes #3

Is there possibility to add functionality to create global Redmine-wide pastes along with per-project pastes?

Not so important issue but if it were there it would be welcome.

I'd sort of agree with this one, we have at least a dozen projects on the go at any one time, and a lot of the time the reason for using the pastebin is so that the code will be 'easily' available for other projects.

I'm not so sure global "pastes" are required, just an easier way to display all pastes (We can get there just by dropping the projects/projectid from the pastes url)
Adding a link like the 'View all issues' link on the main projects page for instance...

But if this was done a filtering system like the issues have would be nice.

+1 for global access to all pastes or "global pastes" - It might be nice to have some snippets only for some projects, but we would not need that so far so I have no favorite solution. But I think it would be nice to have some snippets which do not belong to a certain project., so you don't have to search in which project you saved it, though you are using it in others too. The global pastes solution would not harm existing links I guess.
