Source elpmpp02.pdf file data/elpMppDeFull.js is full series fit to DE406. file data/elpMppDe.js is truncated version fit to DE406

Hi @mdmunir , Thanks a lot for this great contribution. Would it be possible for you to provide the download and conversion scripts for generating the EPP datasets from the inital source? I would like to be transparent with regards to these "transformations" used in this library.
