feat: added easter 50 to Greek public holiday list and updated easter 49 name for Greece and Cyprus #299

easter 50 is always on a Monday (Αγίου Πνεύματος) and a public holiday in Greece, therefore it has been added to the list of public holidays.

I am almost certain the same applies to Cyprus, however I did not make the same changes as this PR specifically focuses on fixing the issue noticed for Greece. Happy to add it however if someone can confirm it.

I did however update the name from "Αγίου Πνέυματος" to "Πεντηκοστή" for easter 49 (language = el) which was incorrect, therefore I have updated the tests for Greece as well as Cyprus to reflect that.
