added active dates
renamed 06-23 into National Holiday ("L'anniversaire du Grand-Duc" = the Grand Duke's birthday, it is not the official name, which is "Jour de la célébration de l'anniversaire du Grand-Duc" and the Grand Duke's birthday is currently the 16 April)
