Christmas eve #446

First of all, thanks a lot for putting together this awesome library.

I am not sure if this is a miss-configuration or not but shouldn't Christmas eve be a bank holiday, at least for the US? I would be glad to create a PR for it but wanted to make sure that I am not missing something before I do so.

Please ignore this. It looks like I did not use the right timezone in my tests
