SemVer releases #61

It looks like this repo is active with owners accepting PRs which is great but would it be possible to start getting SemVer releases each time a change comes in please?

This would allow people to track stable releases in their composer.json. At the moment you need to use dev-master to get most recent changes which causes all sorts of stability requirement problems.

For reference, quite a lot has been done since the last release!
