This is urgent as the new rate is already supposed to be in use. Thanks.

Any update on this? It's a simple change and we're now 21 days since the Ireland tax rate has changed.

Sorry, we don't use this library in production so I can't guarantee a fast turnaround on any PRs. Happy to take on a co-maintainer if anyone wants to help out.

Tagged v0.8.4 with this PR included.
