Share `SKU description` block between apps

Closes commercelayer/issues-app/issues/193

What I did

• Moved SkuDescription component into common package to share it between skus and bundles apps.
• Removed the SkuDescription component from price_lists and inventory apps according to design decisions.
• Enforced the new shared SkuDescription component to be not show if neither the description nor the image_url attribute is filled.

• Applied a minimal enforcement in skus app when showing the unit of weight information inside the Info block
