Address form validation blinking #378

Description

The address form suffers from a visual glitch during validation when multiple inputs are required. To be more specific, the hasError className appears and disappears on other inputs while typing.

This is related and will be fixed in https://github.com/commercelayer/commercelayer-react-components/issues/434
