Enable option to take screenshots of entire page contents #28

We have discovered some issues occur historically where we want to be able to compare the reports that were presented / displayed previously (e.g. days, months, or even years ago) with those being displayed currently. Screenshots of the entire page contents are a useful enhancement to the scraper in terms of providing these records.

The first set of pages to record are:

All Applications #AppListPlace (the summary of all the apps for an account)
Dashboard ##AppDashboardPlace (the overview of various graphs and data for a selected app)
Android vitals overview #AppHealthOverviewPlace with the Core Vitals, etc.
Crash rate page #AppHealthDetailsPlace with the crash rate over time graph, and various 'By ...' sections (as and when available)
