Make `websites/site-template` an actual gatsby starter

• change name to gatsbyJS convention: gatsby-starter-commercetools-docs
• create a README
• (if we want to be a product: setup script inspired by https://github.com/EmaSuriano/gatsby-starter-mate/blob/master/bin/setup.js )

Not doing:

• register in the public starters list

Is this only for documentation purposes? Do you see a real value in having it as a package, given that most of the docs websites will live in a monorepo?

In the monorepo you also need to create new sites from time to time and copying from an existing site that has tons of content is not ideal IMHO.

But a Label "nice to have" or "very low on the priority list" would be fitting here :-)
