Use sandbox pactas instead of itero.demo #34

@schleichardt @markuslamm I updated to the sandbox account instead, plus I allow now to configure the public key for Pactas, which was before hardcoded.

Both "staging" and "production" systems are updated with new configuration. Be careful, you need to set up your local environment as well to run the shop.
